My Support
I myself gave birth to four of my five children at home or in a birth center with a midwife. I have also experienced a hospital birth. Labor and delivery can be magical & unique. I will work alongside you and your partner to help you achieve the most positive birth experience possible.

Interview: Phone Call, Zoom, in-person

On-call: 37-42 weeks. Up to two hours of immediate postpartum support. One in-home postpartum visit when you are ready.
I encourage all moms and their partners to prepare for birth by attending/participating in a birth class.

Retainer upon signing contract 50%

Postpartum Support

Help create a routine for the family
Creating task/chore list for partners/helpers
Help you set up a meal train or delivery of meals
Organizing visitors and tasks for visitors

Mothers Helper Hours & Fees
Daytime: 7 am to 7 pm M-F $30 per hour
Evening & weekend 7 pm - 11 pm Fri - Sun $35
Minimum 4 hours
Deposit: 50% is needed at the time of booking. Balance due when support begins.
Many families book 12 hours of daytime support to get them started and add additional hours or over night visits as needed*
*Overnight postpartum doula, inquire for referral
